Take Bobcats +10.5 2.2 Dimes Risked[/]
I still like to start the season a little conservative, but the Bobcats will play the Celtics one game after traveling home from last night's game against the Cavs. This a classic let down game for me I like the Celtics, but could not pull the trigger last night as they took the out right upset of the Cavs as 5 point dogs. They flew home late last night and now host the Bobcats, who are not a sexy team they are among the worst in scoring, but they do play defense.

I think the Celtics will have a let down especially a night after they played hard to get a win to make a statement in the league. They will win this game, but it will be close like the last few against the Bobcats have been in fact hte Bobcats are 12-2 ATS in their last 14 vs. the Celtics. Dating back to last season these Celtics are 2-9 in their last 11 as a home favorite 5-10.5. I think Doc will give his stars less minutes than usual as a reward for last night's winning knowing that he should be able to get the win.

These are not the same old Bobcats I really like what they did with the trade to get Tyson Chandler, to go along with Gerald Wallace make a nice duo and they are coached by one of the best Larry Brown. Bobcats are 24-10 in their last 24 as dogs of 5-10.5 points

Take Grizzlies +2.5 3.3 Dime POD [/]
Grizzlies will beat the Pistons out right here tonight if you watched this team at the end of last year you would know how much they improved and with sophmore rookie of the year runner up OJ Mayo back and some key additions I like the Grizzlies as a sleeper team to win 40 games. A team that won 22 just a couple years ago moved to 28 and should be in the 30's this year. Take advantage while they are still under rated as they will come together. The dog in this series is 9-4 ATS in the last 13, and Detroit has a new coach and too many new players to make a difference. They need more time together with new additions Ben Gordon and Charlie Villaneuva, but in Game 1 on the road in Memphis against a Memphis team that picked up Zach Randolph to add some scoring and drafted Hasheem Thabeet for some defense I like them to be a solid team. You also get the west vs. the east which is always going to result in the west getting the value they are the better conference and some of these teams at the bottom like the Grizzlies would be playoff teams in the East. They return Rudy Gay as well 18.9 ppg 5.5 rpg. This is a very talented and athletic team that I believe will hand the Pistons a loss on opening night.
